3. Delivery Process
Upon completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your digital license key(s) and step-by-step activation instructions. Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct and accessible—this is our primary delivery method.
4. Delivery Timeframe
We deliver within 4 hours in most cases, and in some situations (e.g., payment verification or time-zone delays) delivery may take up to 6 hours. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders and then contact us.
5. Lost or Delayed Emails
If you do not receive your digital product key(s) within a reasonable timeframe, please check your email’s spam or junk folder.
