When will I receive my order?
For Physical Products: All orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days. Physical orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
For digital Products: Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive your digital product via email. Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is accurate and accessible, as your product will be delivered directly to that address.
Your product is typically delivered within 12 hours, and in rare cases, within 24 hours, all via email. You will receive the original license along with all necessary instructions for a quick and easy installation. If it isn’t there after 24 hours, check Spam/Junk/Promotions for a message from support@qbzon.com or contact us and we’ll resend immediately or deliver to an alternate email.
I’ve changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?
For Physical Products: You are able to cancel your order 24 hours after placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund.
For digital Products: You are able to cancel your order 12 hours after placing it before the delivery email is sent to you for a full refund.
All you need to do is email us at support@qbzon.com to cancel within the time period.
My physical order arrived damaged or its missing. What do I do?
If you receive a broken or damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will issue you a replacement item or a full refund. If you decide you wish to have a product replacement we will send you the correct product, along with a pre-paid shipping label in order for you to be able to return the wrong item at no additional cost for you.
IMPORTANT. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates your order was delivered, we recommend that you contact your local carrier to confirm if the item was delivered.

Which forms of payment can I use?
Currently, we accept payments through PayPal and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB)
Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What is your shipping and return policy?
We offer 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 60 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full or partial refund (if applicable).

Is my QuickBooks Desktop license legitimate?
Yes. You install QuickBooks Desktop directly from Intuit’s official website and activate with the License Number and Product Number we provide. Please note: Intuit’s frontline support typically assists licenses purchased directly from Intuit and may not provide live help for third-party purchases. That does not affect the validity of your activation—we provide activation support.
Will Intuit support my purchase?
Intuit now encourages customers to move to subscription plans and discontinued selling new perpetual (“lifetime”) licenses after 2023. Our distributor procures remaining perpetual licenses in bulk through official channels, which is why we can still supply eligible 1-user lifetime editions.
Intuit prioritizes support for subscriptions and direct purchases. If they decline live assistance for third-party orders, we will provide full activation and installation support. Your license remains valid for the specific edition and year you purchased.
Do you handle volume/bulk orders?
Yes, contact us via email with the edition, user count, and timeline. We’ll send a formal quotation. Intuit prioritizes support for subscriptions and direct purchases. If they decline live assistance for third-party orders, we will provide full activation and installation support. Your license remains valid for the specific edition and year you purchased.
