How and when will I receive my digital license?
Delivery is entirely digital. Once your payment is confirmed, your QuickBooks license key and official download instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
If you haven’t seen our email within 12 hours:
Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
Verify that the email used at checkout is correct.
If it’s still missing, contact us at support@qbzon.com. We will verify your order and resend your credentials immediately.
Can I pay without a PayPal account?
Yes. We use PayPal to process payments, and you can also pay by credit or debit card. During checkout, when redirected to the payment page, simply choose the "Guest Checkout" or "Pay with Card" option. We accept USD for all transactions.
What is your Delivery Policy for digital products?
