1. 30-Day Activation Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee focused on the successful activation of your software. If the digital license key you receive is defective or fails to activate your QuickBooks software, we will provide a replacement key or issue a refund in eligible cases.

2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be issued if:

  • The license key is found to be invalid or defective upon delivery.

  • The product delivered does not match the edition or version ordered.

  • You encounter a technical error during activation that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Due to the nature of digital assets, we cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Successful Activation: If the license has been successfully activated, the sale is final

  • System Incompatibility: Customers are responsible for confirming device/system requirements before purchase

  • Change of Mind / Accidental Purchase: Refunds are not offered for accidental purchases or changes of mind once delivery has been completed, except where the issue qualifies under Section 2

  • Use Outside the USA: QBZon provides digital licenses intended for use in the United States only. Purchases intended for use outside the USA are not eligible for a refund unless the issue qualifies under Section 2 (invalid/defective/mismatch)

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5 business days.
