Support: Intuit sells support plans for their current subscription products. For third-party lifetime desktop licenses issued after 2023, Intuit typically won’t attach a paid support plan (they’ll steer you to subscriptions). You’ll still have the in-product help and public knowledge base so what’s not included with our lifetime licenses is Intuit’s subscription support (live phone/chat or e-services). We handle installation/activation support by email and stay with you until it’s running properly.

If you see “Admin must update,” open the file as Admin on the old machine, create a fresh .QBB backup, then restore it in the new version.

Do these licenses include payroll?

Our Windows lifetime licenses include offline payroll (in-product calculations). They do not include Intuit e-services (no direct deposit or e-file/e-pay), and you cannot attach a separate Intuit payroll subscription to these lifetime builds.
