At QBZon, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for physical products, digital products, and subscriptions purchased from qbzon.com.
Physical Product Returns
Eligibility
If you receive a new, unopened physical product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Product must be unused and unopened
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds for Physical Products
- Once the product is returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Before returning any item, return authorization is required.

Shipping Errors & Defective Items
If your return is due to a QBZon error, such as:
- Incorrect item
- Defective item
- Damaged product
We will:
- Cover the return shipping cost
- Send a replacement at no additional charge
- Use upgraded shipping where applicable
Please contact us immediately and include photos or a video to speed up processing.
Digital Product Returns (Electronic Delivery)
All digital product returns are subject to manufacturer verification to ensure the license key has not been activated or tampered with.
Digital Product Rules
- Retail Licenses: No return fee if verified as unused or inactive.
- QuickBooks Licenses: Non-refundable. These cannot be returned or deactivated.
- Activated Keys: Once a product key is activated or attempted to be activated, it becomes non-refundable.
⚠️ Important:
Digital products must remain unused and unactivated to qualify for a refund. Please keep your license key secure until you are ready to activate it.
Subscription Products
For subscription-based software (e.g., QuickBooks 1-Year Licenses):
- A 60-day cancellation notice is required before renewal
- This ensures you are not charged for the next billing cycle
- Cancellations requested after renewal may not be eligible for a refund
