Shipping & Delivery Policy – QBZon

This policy explains how physical and digital products are processed and delivered at QBZon.

 

Physical Products

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all physical product orders within the United States.
There are no additional shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • For overnight or next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 6:00 PM EST
  • Processing begins after successful payment verification

If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): 3–6 business days
  • Shipping Days: Monday to Friday

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, high shipping volume, or carrier delays.

Shipping Service Providers

We ship physical orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS

In some cases, delivery may be completed via the U.S. national postal service.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment
  • If the order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply

Lost or Stolen Packages

QBZon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms successful delivery.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer support team for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

  • If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • If the package was delivered in your absence and later found damaged, contact us as soon as possible

 

Digital Products (Electronic Delivery)

Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure your email address is accurate and accessible, as your digital product will be sent directly to that email.

Delivery Time

  • Digital products are typically delivered within 12 hours
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours
  • You will receive the original license key along with clear installation instructions

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours:

  1. Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folders
  2. Look for an email from support@qbzon.com
  3. Contact us, and we will resend immediately or deliver to an alternate email
